Welcome to the BLOG of Estate Concierge & Sales Company. We provide custom management for clients who own second or vacation homes. This clientele’s home generally does not serve as an income producing investment; but if it occasionally does, it still has to feel like home to the owners when they arrive.
An absentee home owner does not reside close enough to be actively engaged in management. Our goal is to create a stress-free environment where owners do not have to worry about day-to-day operations or the security of the properties. Mutual respect, trust and discretion are developed over time and things happen behind the scenes to make relationships work.
